Clean your patio in half the time

After several years of spending hours each Spring cleaning my patio with a pressure washer I have now learnt how to do it in half the time with twice the results.

I’ve owned a Karcher Pressure Washer for some years and it is reliable and fault free.  It comes in handy for cleaning all sorts of things and has been well worth the investment.  However, cleaning a patio with the lance is a time-consuming process, and quiet messy too.  I usually end up with very wet legs, loosened pointing between the slabs, and backache!

This summer I tried two caustic cleaners in an effort to improve the look of the slabs, but to no avail.  So I went online to search for any new attachments that might make the job easier and found that Karcher now sell patio washing accessories that work a treat.  I now have a clean patio, no backache and it took half the time to achieve these results.

I bought a Kärcher T400 T-Racer Patio Cleaner.  There are cheaper accessories that do a similar job but I chose this one because it won a Red Dot design award in 2009.  It works up a lather with some patio detergent (don’t use a caustic one) and the foam can be washed off with the lance.
